I would love Your London Wedding Planner to help me…
How do we start planning my wedding?

It’s All About You And Your Wedding

We believe that every detail really matters and should be treated with our full attention and consideration. We wish to imbue your big day with the ambience and style that best reflect your personalities and will make your wedding day celebrations truly memorable.

THIS is how you bring Your London Wedding Planner onboard in just 5 simple steps:

  • STEP ONE: You, phone Kim on 0208 989 4886. I will gather all the basics of the wedding from you. Primarily, the wedding style you want, the wedding date and wedding location. During this call, I provide you with a number of ways in which I can help. If there seems to be a synergy…
  • STEP TWO: We arrange a mutually convenient time to meet face-to-face for a ‘get acquainted’ wedding consultation. I have three objectives at this meeting: firstly, to gather more information about what you want or need, secondly, to see if our personalities are a match and thirdly, to present a more detailed description of my wedding services.
  • STEP THREE: After the consultation meeting, Kim will send you a written proposal letter and contract. The price and proposal letter will be detailed and thorough so it’s okay to take your time to read through all the information and consider your options.
  • STEP FOUR: Two days later, if I have not heard anything from you (pretty unusual), I will follow-up with a friendly phone call (no pressure, here!). If you agree with my proposal and decide that you would like to work with me, you return the contract (signed), with the agreed retainer.
  • STEP FIVE: Now we are ready to start planning your fabulous wedding, together!
