- STEP THREE: After the consultation meeting (3-5 days later) Your London Wedding Planner will send the Bride and Groom a proposal letter (designed/related to your brief) and Terms & Conditions (contract).
- STEP FOUR: Bride and Groom return signed contract with deposit to Your London Wedding Planner.
- STEP FIVE: On receipt, Your London Wedding Planner starts planning!

Our Wedding Services: We offer the flexibility of a full Wedding Planner Service, Wedding Consultations to help guide you with your own planning or, simply on-the-day Coordination - whatever suits your needs. Remember, it's your wedding - we are here to assist, not take over (unless that's what you really want!).
We believe that every detail really matters and should be treated with our full attention and consideration. We wish to imbue your big day with the ambience and style that best reflect your personalities and will make your wedding day celebrations truly memorable.
Each package is designed bespoke, personal to the couple, so prices vary. To ask Your London Wedding Planner to organise your wedding from start to finish, costs from £3000. A Wedding Consultation to help you with own planning, costs from £175. If, during the consultation you decide to ask Kim Rix to be your wedding planner for the whole event, your £175 will be credited towards the overall quote for a wedding planner. If all you want is someone to be your trusted point of contact to work with your chosen venue and suppliers on the actual wedding day, this service is £600, based on ten-hours of Wedding Coordination for a London Wedding.
Lastly, if it all just gets too much for you, we offer an exceptional Rescue Package.
