		<description>Hey Kim, thanks for your article.  I agree it&#039;s important to get the &#039;right fit&#039;, and I wanted to add that your bride should look for a complementary personality that can bring her vision to life.  Yes, the 1st florist was efficient, however, I wonder if that &#039;arms length business&#039; style might prevent the bride from sharing something personal that could really enhance her wedding.  A casual conversation about candlelight could lead to the florist doing something magical, but not if the bride didn&#039;t think it was important enough to mention.  

Happily, wedding professionals can learn better people skills to pair with great biz skills.
